Atul Guwande shows how even experienced surgeons and airplane pilots use checklists to do a better job. You don’t get to practice interviewing very often, which means you can easily make a mistake. If experienced professionals benefit from checklists, so can you in your interview

This checklist is for anyone going on a job interview. But you must be prepared to use a checklist. If you prefer to wing processes, then checklists probably aren’t for you.
